- When you get to your knees and elbows, give them special attention with small, firm, circular movements;
- Work up over your tummy and chest in gentle circular movements;
- When you get to your breast, massage around each breast towards the armpit in an upward movement, then around the breast;
- Massage your neck – start at the bottom of your neck, where it meets your shoulders, and work around the sides and up to the base of the scalp;
- Stop at any sore spots and work with your fingers to ease any tightness;
- Rotate your shoulders forwards, then backwards a few times, then shake your arms to relieve any tension;
- Add a little more oil on the palm of your hands and sweep them up the front of your neck;

5. Treat your hands and feet

After your massage, soak your feet (and optionally, your hands), and then go to town.
Depending on your level of expertise, this can involve the full deal (e.g. cuticle removal, cutting, polishing, etc.) or it can just be painting your nails a fun color!
One thing we do stress is, don’t attempt to remove cuticles if you’ve never done it before, as you can easily end up hurting yourself or even causing infection.
How to do a home pedicure in 4 steps:
- Remove any nail varnish with an acetone-free remover, and soak your feet in a bowl of warm water for 5-10 minutes.
- If you have any kind of fungal infection, add a bit of tea tree oil to the water.
- Use a nail brush to give toenails a good scrub, and a foot file to get rid of dry skin.
- You can add some marbles into the bowl and roll your feet over them to massage the soles.
- When you feel you had enough time in the water, dry your feet very well, especially between your toes (dampness here can lead to infections).
- Trim your nails using scissors or a clipper, then smooth the edges with an emery board.
- Rub a dab of cuticle cream or plant oil into your nails.
- With a rubber hoof stick or wooden orange stick, gently push back the cuticles.
- Trim the hardened cuticle excess with cuticle nippers, carefully not to nick the skin.
- Give your feet a good massage with some body cream or foot cream and rub a little oil into your toenails to nourish them.
- If you’re enjoying the home treatment at night, slip on some cotton socks and leave the cream and oils to soak in overnight.
How to have a home manicure the right way
Our hands work hard all the time. They’re exposed to the sun, wind, and cold, constantly dipping in and out of the water, dealing with all kinds of detergents, cleaning products, and so on.
Once a week, try to give your hands the special care they deserve to keep them looking soft and smooth.
- Start by washing your hands well in warm soapy water and give your nails a good scrub;
- Remove any nail polish just as you did on your pedicure;
- Trim your nails and smooth them with a natural emery board or glass file (not metal);
- Always file in one direction rather than saving back and forth and rinse your fingers in warm water;
- Dry them well;
- Massage a little cream onto the nails rubbing well into the cuticles;
- Leave it on for a few minutes then following the same procedure from the pedicure, push them back with a rubber hoof or an orange stick wrapped with a little cotton wool;
- Use a generous dollop of hand cream and massage it well, working all over the hands, up to your wrists and lower arms.
- Rub your knuckles well, massaging and pulling them to relieve stiffness. This can be very relaxing so take your time and enjoy!
- If you want to apply nail varnish, make sure you have wiped away any remaining cream or oils.
- Otherwise, add a little more oil to your nails to make them look healthier and shiny, and then buff with a soft cotton cloth or a nail buffer.

My experience with money affirmations has led to me receiving more wealth, prosperity, and money appearing as if out of nowhere.

2. Giving is Receiving
If someone is in need of money I will give them what they need with an open heart.
If there is a charitable cause that needs support I will donate. To me, giving is just as important as receiving.
When I share my wealth with others it always comes back to me, tenfold. This is the law of the universe. You reap what you sow.
Instead of seeing giving money away as something that you are losing, try to see it as someone else gaining something.
You have to be comfortable with giving money away. If you feel bad about it then you are feeling lack.
It is not something that is being taken away from you. Give with good intentions, feel happy about it, and watch your mindset and bank balance grow.
If I give money away I play the multiplying game.
Every euro that I give I double it in my mind and expect to see that amount returned to me.
It’s fun, it works and it will change the way that you view money. It is always working for you if you let it.
Giving and taking money is like the exchange of energy. Play the game and be in it to win it.

3. Invest in Yourself
If I gave you money and said “go ahead, treat yourself” many of you would run to the shops to buy nice things or book a relaxing holiday for yourself.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not judging, but if you want to develop and improve your mindset toward money then investing in yourself may just be the answer.

Now is the time to bite your tongue. If I ever catch myself saying anything negative about money I then switch it around to something positive.
For example, if I wanted to buy something and I said to a friend “I want it but it’s too expensive” I would then make sure to change the narrative to something positive and follow up by saying “…but I’m becoming more wealthy each day and soon I will be able to buy it.”
